Steps to make 红丝绒蛋糕卷

  • 1.蛋白与蛋黄分开,蛋黄中放入绵白糖打发粘稠均匀
  • 2.放入玉米油继续搅拌均匀至玉米油全部融合
  • 3.蛋白里面先放入一般的细砂糖
  • 4.打发至鱼眼泡
  • 5.然后放入剩下的细砂糖继续打发至硬性发泡
  • 6.然后将蛋黄糊糊倒入打发好的蛋白中
  • 7.搅拌均匀至全部混合
  • 8.之后筛入红曲粉和低粉的混合粉
  • 9.用刮刀划z字行搅拌均匀
  • 10.烤盘放入油纸,铺平,倒入蛋糕糊糊,烤箱预热155度中层40--45分钟即可
  • 11.烤好了之后放凉,然后抹上一层奶油
  • 12.借助油纸卷起来,要慢慢的,不要着急
  • 13.然后拿一张大一点的油纸给它包裹成糖块的形状定型,放入冷藏中一宿,吃的时候切开吃就可以了
