自制高钙芝麻酱

Steps to make 自制高钙芝麻酱

  • 1.炒熟的芝麻一盘,我买的现成的。如果是生芝麻就要炒熟哦。(现成的熟芝麻要挑选一下,去除里面的杂质。)
  • 2.锅里热一点点油。然后放凉。把熟芝麻装入料理机杯(奶昔杯)中。把油也倒入杯中。
  • 3.启动料理机,低速两次,高速两次即可。
  • 4.打开盖子,好香的芝麻酱香味。可以加入适量的盐。
  • 5.放凉后装入密封罐中冷藏保存。
  • 6.火锅料都备好了,这个冬天吃起来!
