Steps to make 黄油黑芝麻小圆饼

  • 1.酥脆!
  • 2.一口一个儿。
  • 3.材料。
  • 4.黄油切小块儿室温软化,加入糖粉和盐。
  • 5.先手动把糖粉和黄油混合均匀,搅打至蓬松状态。
  • 6.继续搅打分次加入清水,搅打至融合。
  • 7.如果黄油飞溅到碗壁可以用刮刀刮下来继续打发。
  • 8.筛入低筋面粉用刮刀切拌均匀。
  • 9.放入黑芝麻翻拌均匀。
  • 10.分成若干小份,揉成一颗颗的小圆球。
  • 11.按压成小圆饼形状。
  • 12.送入预热好的烤箱中层,上火170°下火160°,约20分钟上色即可。
