淡奶油南瓜籽曲奇
曲奇真是让人欲罢不能的美食,虽然油脂比较高,但其酥香的口感让人吃一块就停不下嘴,没有点儿自制力真是不成啊!

加了淡奶油的曲奇,奶香味更浓,口感更加酥嫩。每块曲奇上放一粒南瓜籽,顿时“亮了”,小清新的气息迎面扑来。新年快到了,烤一盘曲奇包装好,送人都极有面子。

  • 奶粉10克
  • 淡奶油50克
  • 南瓜籽20克

Steps to make 淡奶油南瓜籽曲奇

  • 1.材料准备好;
  • 2.黄油切块称重,室温下软化,手指轻轻一按能有明显的指坑;用刮刀将糖粉和黄油混合,再用电动打蛋器低速搅打均匀;
  • 3.淡奶油分3次加入黄油中,每次都完全融入后再加下一次;
  • 4.搅打好的黄油糊不能油水分离;加了淡奶油的曲奇口感是酥香的,想要口感蓬松可多搅打一会儿,使黄油糊呈浅白色的羽毛状;
  • 5.面粉和奶粉筛入黄油糊中;
  • 6.用刮刀先切拌、再翻拌,均匀即可,不要过度搅拌;
  • 7.10齿花嘴放挤花袋里,套在一个杯子上,装入曲奇糊;
  • 8.用刮板将挤花袋从尾部向尖端入推挤,使曲奇糊不浪费;
  • 9.花嘴离烤盘0.5公分高,垂直挤出生坯,直径约2.5CM;再在顶部放一粒生的南瓜籽;
  • 10.送入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火160/120度,25分钟,焖5分钟出炉。
  • 11.淡奶油南瓜籽曲奇,口感清新,奶香浓郁!
