补血养颜——红米薏仁粥
最近早餐都会煮样粗粮粥,配个刀切做早餐营养又健康,今天采用了补血的红米煮粥,配了薏仁米可以除斑、美白,红枣可以补中益气、养血生津,加点白糯米增加粥的粘性。

    Steps to make 补血养颜——红米薏仁粥

    • 1.砂锅中倒入两把红米、一把糯米、一把薏仁米、几粒红枣
    • 2.水里淘洗干净后,加8-10倍左右的水,先大火煮开后关小火慢炖30分钟
    • 3.米胀开了,开始有点稠了,中途要用筷子搅几次防粘锅
    • 4.最后放入冰糖煮化即可!
