烧麦
烧麦又称烧卖、稍美(内蒙古写法,音shāo mài )、肖米、稍麦、稍梅、烧梅、鬼蓬头,在日本称作焼売1,是形容顶端蓬松束折如花的形状,是一种以烫面为皮裹馅上笼蒸熟的小吃。
好吃又好看、非常喜欢!

Steps to make 烧麦

  • 1.糯米和红豆、香菇、提前一晚泡发
  • 2.第二天沥干水分、上锅蒸熟、大概20一一30分钟
  • 3.胡萝卜、香菇切丁
  • 4.锅中倒入适量水放入胡萝卜丁、青豆、玉米粒、焯水捞出
  • 5.饺子皮用擀面杖擀边沿、如图
  • 6.锅中倒入少许油、下入肉末炒至变色
  • 7.下入老姜末炒香
  • 8.下入香菇.酱油一小勺炒香
  • 9.下入胡萝卜丁、青豆、玉米粒炒均匀
  • 10.下入蒸熟的糯米饭、老抽、生抽、芝麻香油
  • 11.炒均匀
  • 12.用勺子舀入一勺糯米在皮上、向上包起来、用虎口向上推、顶上捏紧一些、底部整理平整!如图形状!
  • 13.我包了两锅、如图
  • 14.这种就是顶部包好后、皮边向下转转、就像花瓣一样、如图形状!
  • 15.冷水上锅蒸12分钟即可
