腌制糖醋辣子
我们四川人都喜欢吃辣子,因此想常年吃上辣子就想了很多方法。糖醋辣子是朋友拿了一小碗给我吃,吃了以后觉得那味道很难忘,于是自己在朋友的指导下学着做,现在都做了第三次了,主要装的容器不大,所以吃完了一次又做一次,如果有大的坛子,都可以多做点,待来年都可以吃。

  • 菜籽油8两
  • 白糖5两

Steps to make 腌制糖醋辣子

  • 1.买那种比较嫩一点的辣子,吃起来比较嫩一点,(*^__^*) 嘻嘻。
  • 2.去头,切成段,方便入味。
  • 3.加盐腌制24小时候(根据炒菜的方法放,不要太咸也不要太淡,自己掌握哟,最好用能沥水的网盆装,因为到时候辣椒的水要流出来)。
  • 4.嫩生姜切除小颗小颗的(也可以用老姜,用嫩生姜到时候也可以吃)。
  • 5.剥一小碗蒜。
  • 6.花椒(可以用新鲜的花椒味道更好)。
  • 7.烧一碗菜籽油待冷却后用(防止辣椒生霉)
  • 8.冰糖(喜欢吃甜点的可以多放一点)
  • 9.白糖(放上5-6小勺就可以了)
  • 10.找一个大盆,将所有的调料放在一起,醋可以放半瓶的样子,(不想那么酸可以少一点点)
  • 11.找个容器把它密封起来,放置阴凉处,大概十天就可以食用了。(*^__^*) 嘻嘻
  • 12.经过数日后,嫩生姜和蒜都可以吃,很下饭!美美哒!(*^__^*) 嘻嘻
