前几天去超市,看到有卖糖霜花生的,就买了一点,吃起来感觉太甜太腻了,不是很好吃,于是就动手自己做了,自己做的虽然甜,但不会发腻,很好吃

Steps to make 糖霜花生

  • 1.花生用烤箱烤熟,160度,循环火,烤18分钟左右就好了,看到花生表皮裂开就熟了,我是烤的一整盘,所以用了18分钟,如果烤的少的话,分钟数也要减少,具体时间自己观察,烤的过程中,时不时的晃动一下烤盘,这样会烤的均匀。没有烤箱的话也可以放锅里炒熟也可以。
  • 2.淀粉放锅里炒熟,锅里无水无油,干炒淀粉至表面微黄熟了就可以了。
  • 3.然后秤好所需的量,花生皮我不太喜欢吃,所以去了大部分的皮。
  • 4.锅里放白糖和水,先用中火,烧到糖融化之后,立马转小火继续熬糖,以下用的都是小火。
  • 5.熬到糖液变得粘稠,泡泡由小泡变为大泡时。
  • 6.立马加入花生,搅拌均匀至每一粒花生都沾上糖浆。
  • 7.然后加入淀粉,淀粉分2次加入,快速的翻炒均匀,使花生均匀的裹上淀粉。
  • 8.炒好的花生放凉之后再吃,脆脆的甜甜的很好吃。
  • 9.锅里有糖,比较难洗,直接锅里加水大火烧开,这样糖就融化了,锅就非常好清洗了。
