Steps to make 老婆饼——豆沙版

  • 1.水油皮:200克面粉,玉米油60克,清水90克、糖粉40克,活成面团,盖上湿布松弛15分钟
  • 2.油酥:面粉150克、玉米油75克,活成油酥,盖上湿布松弛15分钟
  • 3.水油皮分成15个剂子,油酥也同时分成15份
  • 4.把水油皮用手按扁
  • 5.包住油酥
  • 6.左手托着皮料,右手慢慢的推水油皮把油酥包裹
  • 7.擀成长片
  • 8.从一头卷起,再次擀成长片
  • 9.再次卷起,备用
  • 10.用擀面杖把皮料擀成圆形,取适量豆沙馅(豆沙馅我是买的,如果自己做的话更好哦)
  • 11.全部包好后,用手按扁
  • 12.用小刀在饼胚上滑3道,然后刷上蛋黄液
  • 13.沾上熟芝麻,烤箱190度预热5分钟后,放入饼坯,190度20分钟,即可
  • 14.刚出炉时很酥,放凉后密封1天就如同在外面买的那种软软的口感了。
