  • 1.先把鸡肉洗净。
  • 2.切成薄片。
  • 3.放入小苏打、酱油10克、胡椒粉、水淀粉、绍酒、姜末和清水100克用手抓匀。
  • 4.浸10分钟后加入花生油腌10分钟。
  • 5.番茄酱汁。
  • 6.锅里放油,六成热放入鸡肉色白时,倒入漏勺沥油。
  • 7.把鸡肉盛入盘中。
  • 8.葱、姜、蒜切成细末。
  • 9.锅里放油,放入番茄酱汁煸炒。
  • 10.放入葱、姜、蒜末煸炒。
  • 11.放入鸡肉翻炒。
  • 12.倒入水淀粉勾芡加麻油调匀即可。
  • 13.出锅装盘,即可享用。
