Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝

  • 1.扇贝洗刷干净。我只剩下了扇贝肉和裙边,不挑剔的人可以除了黑色的包全都留下。
  • 2.粉丝用开水泡15分钟。
  • 3.半头蒜切碎。全程小火。热锅冷油下蒜末。出香味后放生抽、耗油、蒸鱼豉油、盐,拌匀关火。(若家里材料不全,只加盐和酱油即可)
  • 4.泡好的粉丝摆在扇贝上。
  • 5.将蒜蓉填在粉丝中。
  • 6.开锅后大火蒸7-8分钟,关火焖2分钟,出锅。
