早餐开胃小菜--豉油生姜
说起生姜,大家都知道“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜”这句俗语。那么,有的筒子可能会说:眼下是冬季耶!没错,不过还有句俗话“每天三片姜,不劳医生开处方”。生姜能祛风散寒、预防感冒、解毒杀菌、增进食欲。可见生姜是多么好的食材呀。虽然生姜既是美食又是良药,但是不宜晚上吃,古人有“早上吃姜胜过参汤,晚上吃姜赛过砒霜”之说,这就是说,同样是吃姜,早上吃有益,晚上吃则有害。

  • 干辣椒末50克(爱辣的可以加量)
  • 调和油30ml

Steps to make 早餐开胃小菜--豉油生姜

  • 1.鲜生姜洗净、沥干水份,可去皮也可不去皮,随个人喜好哈。
  • 2.将生姜切成小丁备用。
  • 3.甜豆豉也用刀稍切碎一下,这样能更好地入味。
  • 4.生姜丁,甜豆豉碎,干辣椒末、食盐、鸡精所需材料准备就绪。
  • 5.干辣椒末、甜豆豉碎同入一个碗内。
  • 6.调和油放炒锅内加热至8成,迅速倒入干辣椒末和甜豆豉中。
  • 7.待豉油冷却后,将所有材料倒入生姜丁中拌匀,一道早餐开胃小菜诞生了。
  • 8.装入小玻璃瓶,放进冰箱冷藏,随吃随取。
