凤梨芒果酱

Steps to make 凤梨芒果酱

  • 1.凤梨削皮用盐水泡20分钟捞起,芒果削皮去掉里面的核,两种水果切块!
  • 2.放入料理机炸成泥,不用炸太碎了,稍微有一点果肉更好吃。
  • 3.到入锅中开中小火慢慢熬煮,要用勺子不停的搅拌,避免粘锅。
  • 4.搅拌到有点浓稠的时候加入冰糖,同样开中小火继续熬煮!
  • 5.一直熬煮到很浓稠了离火!(如图这个样子)
  • 6.完全晾凉以后装入瓶中,密封好放入冰箱,尽量一个星期吃完。
  • 7.吐司面包的好伴侣。
