  • 1.法式羊前腱,6个,每个280克左右,用叉子在羊腿上扎些洞,方便入味
  • 2.加入五香粉、孜然粉、洋葱碎、迷迭香、油盐和酱油 所有得香料放一起,腌制3小时以上
  • 3. 腌好的羊腿平铺在烤盘上,放上新鲜的迷迭香和香茅叶
  • 4.正面照来个
  • 5.送入烤箱,200度,烤30分钟
  • 6.30分钟后,取出,在羊腿上划上几刀,在撒一层辣椒粉、涂抹一层油,腌制的汁淋少许,使其更入味,送入烤箱,再烤40分钟左右
