【麻酱菠菜】抓住菠菜的尾巴
  我们当地,菠菜属于秋播冬收的菜,到了春天,随着气温升高,菠菜很快变老,那就不好吃了。
  每年春天,吃几次凉拌菠菜那是必须滴。拿蒜泥拌,拿麻酱拌,或者直接就用油醋汁,主要是喜欢菠菜,怎么拌都感觉好吃。
  今天用的麻酱,放了几粒松籽,除了芝麻酱的浓香之外,多了松籽的香味儿,很不错。

    Steps to make 麻酱菠菜

    • 1.净的菠菜下锅焯水,往水里倒一点烹调油、糖。
    • 2.准备调味料。我用的芝麻酱是原味的,需要调味儿,如果是咸味儿的就不要再放盐了,芝麻酱本身比较稠加之无味,我用了凉开水和生抽及盐
    • 3.菠菜焯一滚,捞出淋水散热,因为气温不高,我没有过水。
    • 4.用生抽加凉开水,将糖和盐化开
    • 5.将生抽水倒入芝麻酱中。
    • 6.充分拌均匀。
    • 7.如果芝麻酱还是很稠,再添加小量凉开水。
    • 8.至到调出满意的麻酱。
    • 9.凉透的菠菜整形装盘子,浇上调好的芝麻酱,再放上油辣椒,放上松籽,放上红椒丝,边吃边拌吧。
