可可玫瑰蛋糕

  • 牛奶40克
  • 色拉油40克
  • 低筋粉65克
  • 可可粉20克
  • 柠檬汁数滴
  • 淡奶油300克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 干玫瑰花少量
  • 心形糖少量

Steps to make 可可玫瑰蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄中加入细砂糖搅拌均匀,再加入糖和牛奶搅匀。
  • 2.筛入低筋粉和可可粉后切拌均匀。
  • 3.蛋白中加入数滴柠檬汁,分次加糖打至硬性发泡。将1/3打好的蛋白加入蛋黄 糊中拌匀
  • 4.再将拌匀的蛋黄糊倒入剩余的蛋白中搅拌均匀。
  • 5.蛋糕糊倒入纸杯7分满,入烤箱160度25分钟。
  • 6.将蛋糕取出放凉后,切去多余部分,涂上打发好的淡奶油。
  • 7.再裱上花形,撒上玫瑰花瓣,加上糖稍作装饰即可。
