豆沙吐司面包
甜而不腻

  • 酵母一勺
  • 奶粉15g
  • 120ml
  • 白砂糖45g
  • 豆沙馅少许

Steps to make 豆沙吐司面包

  • 1.食材准备完毕
  • 2.按照从液体到固体的顺序把除了黑芝麻,豆沙馅,黄油以外的食材都倒进去,切记酵母要最后放,在面粉中间挖个坑放进去,鸡蛋液留下一点,后面要刷面包用
  • 3.和面机20分钟后
  • 4.加入软化切块的黄油继续30分钟和面
  • 5.揉出手膜状态,然后就可以醒面了,面团发至2-2.5倍大,我用的和面机醒面功能1小时
  • 6.将发好的面轻柔几下后,分成三等分,用保鲜膜盖上,继续醒面15分钟
  • 7.然后将每个小团擀成如图的样子,记住在擀的时候,挤出面里的气泡,然后两边对折
  • 8.轻轻的如图所示,卷起
  • 9.卷起后,继续盖上保鲜膜,醒面10分钟
  • 10.然后将每一个面团擀成长条状,上面涂上豆沙
  • 11.卷起,放斤吐司盒中
  • 12.盖上保鲜膜,进行最后一次醒面,
  • 13.我把盖好保鲜膜的吐司盒放进烤箱,然后在下层当上一碗开水,关上烤箱门,大概45-50分钟
  • 14.吐司膨胀至吐司盒的八成高,拿出来,表面刷全蛋液,然后撒上一些黑芝麻
  • 15.烤箱180度预热,然后将吐司放入烤箱,180度30分钟,图中还有一个我多做的辫子豆沙面包,也一起烤了进来!右面的是吐司,膨胀后,表面开始上色,当颜色上好后需要中途取出,在吐司上面还一层锡纸,防止表面烤焦!
  • 16.取出后立刻脱模,注意小心烫手
  • 17.拉丝效果很不错
  • 18.味道很不错!!!
  • 19.成功!
