Steps to make 杂粮寿司卷

  • 1.用砂锅闷的米饭水开关火,闷一小时。再开火,看的蒸汽冒出再关火闷一小时。一共闷三次,这样杂粮里的糙米不用泡也会闷烂乎的。趁热往米饭里放入香油,芝麻和少许盐拌匀待用。(也可加入寿司醋)
  • 2.把黄瓜切条,用盐腌上,不用很多,撒上一些就可以;胡萝卜切条,过油变软即可;鸡蛋摊成蛋卷切条;火腿肠切条;海苔(紫菜)包卷时可以先在火上燎一下,口感上会比较脆。把温凉的米饭薄薄的铺在海苔上把以上食材放在铺好米饭的海苔一端,顺势稍用力卷过去就可以了。
  • 3.杂粮营养丰富,不但可以降低胆固醇,还对贫血的人有帮助。不过肠胃不好的人要少吃一些。
