黄油面包卷
非常经典的一款面包,我用麦芯粉代替面包粉,做出的效果完全一样。

  • 全蛋液35克
  • 无盐黄油17克
  • 细砂糖15克
  • 1.5克
  • 120克
  • 酵母3克

Steps to make 黄油面包卷

  • 1.后油发将面团打至扩展,收圆入盆进行一发;
  • 2.发酵到位的面团;
  • 3.取出面团按压排气,分割成8份,滚圆,中间醒发15分钟;
  • 4.整形后的面团放入烤盘,进行二发,
  • 5.约40分钟,二发到位,表面刷蛋液;
  • 6.入预热175度烤箱,15分钟左右,
  • 7.到时取出,放网架晾凉;
