Steps to make 东北尖椒干豆腐

  • 1.干豆腐先切条
  • 2.再切菱形块
  • 3.锅做水烧开下入干豆腐焯水捞出控水备用
  • 4.尖椒红椒分别切适当大小的块,蒜切末
  • 5.肉切片
  • 6.锅烧热入油烧热下入肉煸出油
  • 7.煸至微黄加入一半蒜末煸香
  • 8.加入生抽和老抽,花椒面,调味
  • 9.加入干豆腐翻炒
  • 10.加入尖椒和红椒翻炒均匀
  • 11.勾人水淀粉,加入另一半蒜末翻勺出锅即成
