  • 鲜奶250ml
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 淡奶50ml
  • 吉士粉2汤匙
  • 砂糖45g
  • 无盐牛油20g

Steps to make 西米布甸

  • 1. 把西米浸水20分钟
  • 2.捞起,放入滚水中,用中火煮10分钟,煮的时候,时不时搅拌,以免粘在一起,然后熄火,
  • 3.加蓋焗至透明,再冲冻水,沥干水份备用。
  • 4.把100ml鲜奶和吉士粉拌匀,再加入蛋汁,待用。
  • 5.其余150ml鲜奶加入花奶,砂糖和牛油.
  • 6.用中小火煮到溶
  • 7.加入第4项混合物,边煮边拌至浓稠。
  • 8.最后加煮好的西米,不用煮沸的。
  • 9.放一半煮好的材料入布甸模中,并可随自己喜好加入馅料,如莲蓉、豆沙等。
  • 10.预热焗炉至200度。
  • 11.再倒进西米布甸材料至九成满,放在半满水的焗盘中,焗15-20分钟,或直至表面微黄即成。
