  • 5.挤出水的菠菜放入猪肉馅内,加入二十三香,鸡蛋,咸盐,淀粉,料酒,葱姜蒜末,香油,搅拌成菠菜丸子陷,带一次性手套,搅拌肉馅,直到菠菜猪肉馅有嚼劲。为止
  • 6.水开了,关小火,把菠菜陷溜成丸子。
  • 7.面粉放入菠菜汁里
  • 8.活成菠菜面团没盖上盖子醒面
