Steps to make 草莓牛轧糖

  • 1.准备上图食材:花生碎130克、冻干草莓20克、黄油35克、奶粉80克、棉花糖150克(如果不放草莓干花生碎就是150克)坚果可以根据自己的喜好放。
  • 2.开小火,锅中放入黄油。
  • 3.黄油全部融化倒入棉花糖,不停的翻拌至融化。
  • 4.棉花糖融化至糊状。
  • 5.倒入奶粉搅拌。
  • 6.奶粉全部搅拌均匀。
  • 7.倒入花生碎和草莓干。
  • 8.翻拌均匀即可出锅倒入模具。
  • 9.带上烘焙手套开始压平,压紧实。一定要压紧实要不切出来会有空洞。
  • 10.放凉后脱模切块。
  • 11.脱膜就可以切块啦!
  • 12.切块的大小根据自己的喜好。(凉透在包装)
