桃胶银耳汤

Steps to make 桃胶银耳汤

  • 1.首先来准备食材:银耳半朵,桃胶适量,红枣7颗,百合干6片,枸杞适量,冰糖适量。
  • 2.桃胶用温水浸泡16个小时,浸泡好洗干净杂质,沥干水待用。
  • 3.银耳剪掉根部,撕成小朵,清洗干净,用开水浸泡16个小时,最好用大一点的碗,用盖子盖起来浸泡。
  • 4.红枣把核去掉,清洗干净,干百合冲洗干净,枸杞冲洗一下,全部洗好放入盘里待用。
  • 5.取一个没有油的锅,把银耳连同浸泡的水一起倒入,再把桃胶,红枣,干百合一起放入。
  • 6.倒入2000毫升的水,大火烧开,转小火慢煮90分钟。
  • 7.90分钟煮好以后,打开盖子,先看下银耳有没有煮出胶质,如果没有煮出胶质,继续再小火煮20分钟。如果胶质煮出来就可以倒入冰糖,然后再煮20分钟。
  • 8.冰糖煮至完全融化,放入枸杞煮1分钟,即可关火,盛入碗里即可享用。
