  • 黄油8g

Steps to make 香蕉蛋糕

  • 1.熟透的香蕉掰成块。
  • 2.倒成泥状。
  • 3.打入鸡蛋,加入白糖,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入香草精。
  • 5.加入一小块提前软化的黄油,继续拌匀。
  • 6.筛入低粉,翻拌均匀。
  • 7.成泥糊状即可。
  • 8.磅蛋糕模具铺上油纸。
  • 9.倒入蛋糕糊,提前预热烤箱155℃,烤25分钟转160℃烤8分钟表面上色。
  • 10.烤好后,取出凉透后脱模,常温食用,或者冰箱冷藏一晚食用。
  • 11.香喷喷的香蕉蛋糕。
