自制腊肉
一家人都爱吃腊肉,去年做了很多 ,今年有好多同事问我做法,所以写了菜谱,分享给大家

  • 五花肉4斤
  • 五香粉两小勺
  • 两棵
  • 几片
  • 花椒一把
  • 八角几个
  • 生抽300ml
  • 老抽50ml
  • 白酒40ml

Steps to make 自制腊肉

  • 1.葱切碎。
  • 2.姜切碎。
  • 3.花椒用刀背压碎。
  • 4.把五花肉用刀把肉皮刮净,不要用水洗。
  • 5.放入适量盐 ,两勺五香粉。
  • 6.放入葱姜。
  • 7.加入50ml老抽。
  • 8.加入300ml生抽。
  • 9.加入40ml白酒。
  • 10.加入花椒,把八角掰开,加入八角。
  • 11.用手揉搓,把五花肉完全浸到佐料中。腌两天,每天把肉翻翻,用手揉搓,使五花肉完全入味。
