Steps to make 白兰地鸭腿

  • 1.鸭腿四只,洗净。
  • 2.用叉子在鸭腿伤叉若干下。这样腌制时容易入味。
  • 3.制作腌料:葱姜大料
  • 4.加入糖、盐、料酒、老抽、味极鲜
  • 5.加入张裕白兰地
  • 6.将鸭腿与腌料拌匀。
  • 7.放入冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 8.用锡纸把鸭腿根部包裹住。以免烤糊。这样冷藏一夜的鸭腿已充分入味。
  • 9.蜂蜜 与白醋拌匀。用来刷鸭腿表皮。
  • 10.烤箱预热200度。烤制30分钟。拿出刷一层蜂蜜液。再入烤箱烤制10分钟。
  • 11.烤制好的鸭腿可以出炉装盘。要是喜欢切片的朋友,也可以切成片吃。这样方便些。
