Steps to make 百搭山楂酱

  • 1.山楂果全部洗净,控干水,挖去果头和果尾。
  • 2.垂直切开,挖去果核。
  • 3.切成小块。一个果,我分成十份。
  • 4.1500克全部切完。
  • 5.750克糖加100ml水大火煮开,中间要搅拌。煮至冒泡变小火,用筷子挑点尝尝,感觉有点粘牙,就可以分次放入山楂。
  • 6.轻轻翻搅,山楂由铲子前面“白色果肉”变为“透明状”,就可以关火了。
  • 7.趁热装入瓶中,拧好盖子,放凉入冰箱保存。冷藏后口感更佳!
  • 8.口感酸甜,果肉有嚼筋。可涂面包也可做馅料包入面包中。
