由于是给孩子吃的,添加了少量的抹茶粉,淡淡的绿色加上螺旋形状很是讨孩子的喜欢。一向只爱吃原味曲奇的儿子也能接受这淡淡的抹茶味道。

  • 1.黄油加入绵白糖用打蛋器打蓬松。
  • 2.分次加入蛋液后再次打细腻,筛入低粉。
  • 3.和成一个面团,分成两份。
  • 4.取其中一份加入3克抹茶粉,混合均匀。
  • 5.得到一黄一白两块面团。
  • 6.将抹茶味面团放入大号保鲜袋擀成一个薄的长方形。
  • 7.将原味面团放入大号保鲜袋擀成一个薄的长方形。
  • 8.撕开抹茶味面片的上层保鲜膜,在表面刷一层蛋液。
  • 9.将原味面片盖在抹茶味面片上。
  • 10.滚成圆柱形。入冰箱冷冻半小时。
  • 11.切4毫米的片,放入烤箱180度20分钟。
