【黄桃班戟】---家中自制经典港式甜品
班戟(bān jǐ)是pancake(松饼)的粤语音译,它原来的意思是薄煎餅、薄烤饼。在饼里面被包上奶油和新鮮水果,完美的组合帶来的是更多的惊喜,那份入口后瞬间溶化的甜蜜,搭配上清爽的水果,勘称完美的组合,是一道经典的港式甜品。
班戟除了它各种不同的美味馅料以外,人们同样非常喜爱它既薄又具有Q劲儿的表皮。制作班戟的时候,最主要的功夫在班戟皮上,只要皮做好了,搭配上鲜奶油和水果的馅儿,怎么吃都好吃。
做班戟很容易成功,而且也不需要烤箱,只要一只不粘的平底锅,就可以在家轻松的做出來,足不出户就能吃上美味的港式甜品。

Steps to make 【黄桃班戟】---家中自制经典港式甜品

  • 1.鸡蛋里加入糖粉。
  • 2.轻轻搅拌均匀。(鸡蛋不要打发哦,只是搅拌均匀)
  • 3.加入牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入过筛了一次的低粉。(一定不要偷懒,要过筛哦,我喜欢过筛两遍)
  • 5.加入事先融化好的黄油。
  • 6.搅拌均匀,静置20分钟到半小时(夏天可以放入冰箱冷藏).
  • 7.然后过滤一遍。
  • 8.不粘锅小火加热,舀入一勺面糊。
  • 9.小火煎至蛋皮凝固,取出,依次做完冷却备用。(煎的时候无需翻面,也不要煎得时间过长)
  • 10.上下分别往中间包起。
  • 11.然后两头对折。
  • 12.包好后收口朝下摆放。从中间切开,就能看到诱人的班戟内馅。
