冬日清爽火锅
我的底汤是用青笋熬的,我看别人都是用鸡汤骨汤之类的做底汤,最近银川这边天气特别干,这边又有火锅节,所以在吃火锅时,我特意买了点青笋,用它熬汤很美味,吃了也不会上火,很清爽。

Steps to make 冬日清爽火锅

  • 1.葱姜辣椒洗净切好,加花椒放入碗中备用
  • 2.青笋切片,不用太薄。锅中放油,下花椒葱尖椒姜爆香后加青笋,然后添清水,加盐和鸡精,烧开
  • 3.熬底汤的时候开始准备要涮的菜,把金针菇底部切掉,洗净放入盘中备用
  • 4.午餐肉切片装盘
  • 5.土豆削皮洗净切厚片,然后装盘
  • 6.西兰花切成小朵,洗净,装盘
  • 7.油菜掰好洗净,装盘
  • 8.豆腐皮切条,洗干净,装盘
  • 9.我洗了一把香菜,我妈喜欢吃,而且放在锅里也比较有味道
  • 10.我撕了一个我自己腌的糖蒜,吃火锅必不可少的,呵呵
  • 11.菜已经都准备好了,汤也烧开了,汤烧开后可以留一碗放着喝,很美味的
  • 12.加入火锅底料,然后就成了这样子
  • 13.烧开后就可以涮了,现在青笋已经软了,很适合老年人吃,而且很入味了
