Steps to make 酸酸甜甜的山楂果酱

  • 1.新鲜山楂洗净。
  • 2.准备好的冰糖。
  • 3.洗净的山楂沥水,用笔帽(事先洗净用开水消毒)把山楂核取出来,果肉剥烂放入砂锅内,加冰糖和水。
  • 4.盖上盖子,大火烧开后揭盖,调中火。
  • 5.边熬边不时的搅拌,以免糊锅,直至熬至浓稠(如图)就可以关火(大概熬了半个小时),放入消毒好的玻璃器皿内晾凉后入冰箱保存,尽量一月内吃完。
