陕西小吃——营养滋卷
滋卷本是陕西民间的一种食品,只有在农村才能吃到正宗的陕西滋卷。后来人们的生活水平日益提高后它才慢慢被引入到宴席中。

一般陕西人做滋卷的话习惯用韭菜、鸡蛋和粉条调馅,卷入其中。吃起来特别地美味。
但是,是美食就不用拘泥于形式,美食就是随心所欲,只要健康,只要喜欢!

所以,今天我上一款非常营养的滋卷给各位尝尝鲜,配以我自己调的蘸汁,不好吃不要钱哈!

  • 面粉1小碗
  • 鸡蛋1枚
  • 温水少量
  • 豆腐1块
  • 胡萝卜1根
  • 干木耳1小把
  • 小青菜1把
  • 2根
  • 粉条1小撮
  • 生姜1小把
  • 大蒜1瓣
  • 香菜1根

Steps to make 陕西小吃——营养滋卷

  • 1.鸡蛋磕入面粉中搅拌均匀,用温水和成硬面团,饧半小时。
  • 2.干木耳用温水泡发,清洗干净。
  • 3.粉条用开水泡软。
  • 4.青菜、胡萝卜清洗干净切得非常小,豆腐、木耳、粉条也分别切碎。
  • 5.生姜切末,小葱1根切成葱花。
  • 6.所有蔬菜装在一个大盆中,加入五香粉、食盐及熟的食用油。
  • 7.充分搅拌均匀,卷菜就拌好了。
  • 8.面团饧好后擀成非常薄的圆形面片。因为我擀的面片比较大,拍照的时候把两边朝中间折起来了。
  • 9.在擀好的面片中心位置均匀地铺一层菜。
  • 10.在中心挖一个洞,由中心朝边上卷出。
  • 11.一边铺菜一边卷,直至把整个面片卷成一个长龙形。
  • 12.根据蒸笼的大小,把卷好的卷子切成合适长短,入蒸锅中大火蒸十分钟即可。
  • 13.在蒸滋卷的过程中开始调制口味独特的蘸汁。小葱1根切成葱末,大蒜1瓣去皮后用刀拍碎,香菜切成末放入小碗中。
  • 14.加入一小勺食盐和适量油泼辣子,或者放入干辣椒面用烧热的油泼一下。
  • 15.加入一勺酱油、两勺香醋和适量香油。
  • 16.搅拌均匀后酸爽可口的滋卷蘸汁就调好了。
