烤泡菜饭团
还算比较正宗的一道韩式料理,口味独特、制作简单、便于携带、冷食味道也好,还可以配生菜一起食用,全面均衡营养。

  • 白米饭1大碗
  • 韩式甜辣酱1大勺
  • 酱油1大勺
  • 1茶勺
  • 蜂蜜1茶勺
  • 泡菜汁1大勺

Steps to make 烤泡菜饭团

  • 1.泡菜沥干剁成细末与米饭、海苔碎混合。
  • 2.将所有食材拌匀。
  • 3.填入模具中,挤压成型。(如果家中没有模具,可先将手蘸些醋水,捏成圆形或其他的形状)
  • 4.饭团放入烤盘中,烤箱提前预热到160℃烤至表面微焦,取出刷上酱汁,继续烤至酱汁干,呈金黄色取出。(没有烤箱用微波炉的烧烤功能也可以)。烤好后表面点缀泡菜末、肉松、葱花即可食用。
