  • 1.干豆腐热水烫下,切丝,黄瓜切丝
  • 2.准备辣椒油,锅中热油,放入辣椒面,白芝麻,搅拌至熟,颜色稍变红,倒在小碗里,用不完可保鲜膜封好,冷藏备用
  • 3.双丝内加入适量辣椒油,生抽,醋,芝麻油,白糖,盐,花生碎,蒜末,少许鸡精,搅拌均匀
