#ACA第四届烘焙大赛#造色情怀 三色旋纹饼干
其实一开始想着豹纹饼干,然而豹纹比较费事,又从来没喜欢过豹纹,决心尚未完全建立,便迅速被打消。
还是这个三色的旋纹,同样的材料,同样的三色面团,更容易让人投入行动,而结果也是一样的好看。
原以为应该是咖啡色最深,不曾想却被可可粉占了上风,即使后来再加了少许咖啡粉,也未能赶上可可,却在面团里留下了零星未能化去的咖啡颗粒。倒也是没有什么关系,颜色由浅而深排列,并不一定要口味来排序。
三色漩涡,这螺旋圈圈看起来要比豹纹更中意。味道么。。。盛赞。。。

  • 低筋粉75克
  • 黄油42克
  • 细砂糖35克
  • 鸡蛋15克
  • 可可粉2克
  • 速溶咖啡粉1克
  • 蛋液1/5小勺
  • 1/4小勺

  • 1.用料:低筋粉75克,黄油42克,细砂糖35克,鸡蛋15克,可可粉2克,速溶咖啡粉1克,蛋液1/2小勺,水1/4小勺
  • 2.黄油软化,加入细砂糖,打发。
  • 3.分两次加入鸡蛋,搅打均匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋粉,
  • 5.拌成均匀面糊。
  • 6.分成三等分。
  • 7.将可可粉加入蛋液中,拌匀,
  • 8.倒入一份面团中,
  • 9.拌成均匀的可可面团。
  • 10.咖啡粉溶入水中,
  • 11.倒入另一份原味面团里,
  • 12.拌成咖啡面团。
  • 13.将咖啡面团擀成方形面片。
  • 14.可可面团也擀成大小均等的方形。
  • 15.将浅色的咖啡面团叠放在深色可可面团上面。
  • 16.再将原味面团也擀成同样大小的方形,
  • 17.叠放在浅色的咖啡面团上面,再稍微擀薄压紧。
  • 18.小心卷起,
  • 19.成圆柱,放入冰箱,冷藏至硬。
  • 20.取出,切成厚约7毫米的片,
  • 21.摆入烤盘,
  • 22.放入烤箱,中层,上下火180度,烤约15分钟左右。
  • 23.原味面团微微呈金色,出炉,晾凉。
