巧克力酱夹心蛋糕

  • 玉米清油20克
  • 白糖80克
  • 巧克力酱10克

Steps to make 巧克力酱夹心蛋糕

  • 1.将蛋黄蛋白分离
  • 2.将奶油奶酪、牛奶、玉米清油倒入大碗,隔热水搅打,直至奶油奶酪融化无颗粒。
  • 3.奶酪糊搅拌均匀
  • 4.将蛋黄分三次加入奶酪糊,每次加入都要搅拌充分均匀
  • 5.低筋面粉过筛,称至50克
  • 6.将面粉二次过筛,筛入4⃣中的蛋黄奶酪糊
  • 7.将面粉与蛋黄奶酪糊混合均匀,放入冰箱冷藏室待用
  • 8.将蛋白里滴入2滴柠檬汁
  • 9.电动搅拌器搅打出泡后,分三次加入白糖,高速搅打
  • 10.蛋白打发至8成,有弯弯的尖角即可。
  • 11.预热烤箱150度。同时将7⃣的蛋糕糊取出,分三次加入打发的蛋白。每次加入都要上下翻拌均匀,千万不要转圈搅打。
  • 12.将充分翻拌好的蛋糕糊倒入模具
  • 13.烤盘里加水,放入模具,水浴法,预热烤箱150度,烤制一小时。
  • 14.烤好的蛋糕切开两半
  • 15.涂抹巧克力酱
  • 16.巧克力酱夹心蛋糕完成
