胭脂水萝卜花
水萝卜的做法也很多,我家就爱这一口,加点糖醋调调味,酸酸甜甜特爽口,消食解暑还解腻,好看又美味,做法超级简单,包教包会哈!吃一次就忘不掉!

Steps to make 胭脂水萝卜花

  • 1.准备食材:水萝卜洗净,在淡盐水中浸泡10分钟左右,再反复清洗干净。柠檬洗净,先用面粉搓洗一遍,清洗干净再放入淡盐水中浸泡十分钟,然后清洗干净。冰糖我用的是老又土冰糖,清甜不腻,甜味更醇正。
  • 2.清洗干净的水萝卜放在砧板上切花刀,先横切一部分,底下不切透,在水萝卜两边放上一根筷子垫着切,确保切不透,而且深度一样均匀。
  • 3.想要菊花状的花样,先横切后竖切,做法相同,底下不切透。
  • 4.所有水萝卜都切好,我切了3个菊花状,其他只横切,吃的时候可以随意搭配。
  • 5.柠檬切片,取深一点的容器,加入水萝卜,再加入柠檬片、冰糖、少许盐,放上柠檬味道更清香。
  • 6.倒入味达美清香米醋,末过水萝卜就好。盖上盖子或者盖上保鲜膜,冰箱冷藏腌制。
  • 7.腌制时间长短根据自己喜欢的颜色而定,我这个水萝卜花腌制8小时以上,花瓣和汤汁完全变成了红色,腌制过的汤汁酸甜口,可以用来拌菜,还可以继续腌制白萝卜、白木耳等,天然的胭脂红,非常漂亮。
  • 8.腌制好后,可以直接吃,也可以搭配其他食材凉拌,都好吃。
