Steps to make 腊肠芋头焖饭

  • 1.米洗两遍,添加适量的水泡半小时。
  • 2.腊肠芋头切丁。
  • 3.豌豆仁烫熟备用。
  • 4.热锅放油,下芋头丁中火炒。
  • 5.炒至芋头表面有点焦黄,闻到芋头的香味。
  • 6.放入腊肠,蒜末继续翻炒。
  • 7.约五分钟左右炒食材都干香了就可以。
  • 8.将米放入电饭煲里添加适量的水比例一般米水是1:1.3左右,也看各人喜欢的口感吧,反正按正常煮饭操作就好。
  • 9.将炒好的食材放入电饭煲里。
  • 10.加一大勺酱油,口味按自己喜欢的调,我家吃得淡一点,然后盖好盖子按煮饭键开始煮。
  • 11.煮好了,打开盖子太香了。
  • 12.放入烫熟的豌豆仁(饭煮好才放是喜欢豌豆仁的翠绿,也可以跟米一起下锅煮,就是颜色没这么漂亮)。
  • 13.将饭松一松拌匀即可品尝。
