  • 1.去年秋天晾的干萝卜条。
  • 2.用水发好。
  • 3.切碎放入大碗中待用。
  • 4.准备好剁椒和蒜瓣。
  • 5.蒜切碎末,待用。
  • 6.将蒜末和剁椒一同放入装碎萝卜条的大碗中。
  • 7.拌匀,准备装入瓶中。
  • 8.用两个装酱菜的玻璃瓶,因上次做的刚吃完,所以俺偷懒就不洗了。
  • 9.装瓶并压实。
  • 10.盖紧瓶盖,常温下保存几天就可以吃啦。
  • 11.装入盘中准备佐粥。
