Steps to make 葱花厚蛋烧

  • 1.三个鸡蛋打散。
  • 2.加入葱花搅拌均匀。
  • 3.锅喷一点油,加热。开中小火,放入三分之一蛋液。
  • 4.半凝固时向边上卷。
  • 5.卷好再放入三分之一蛋液。
  • 6.从已经卷好的向另一边再卷,再放最后三分之一蛋液,重复一次,都卷好后再把各个面都煎一会儿,一边煎一边用铲子压着鸡蛋卷。
  • 7.煎好后取出切小段,摆入盘中即可。
  • 8.做个蘸汁:本味鲜一勺。
  • 9.加入青芥辣,混合均匀。
  • 10.完成啦。
