香卤鸡块

  • 清水1500ml

Steps to make 香卤鸡块

  • 1.买回来的鸡腿我让人家已经给我剪好了。
  • 2.用清水洗干净。
  • 3.准备辅料。
  • 4.生姜洗干净切成片,大葱切马蹄脚。
  • 5.锅中加水,将洗干净的鸡块放进去里面加料酒,生姜和葱段。
  • 6.大火煮开用勺子去掉浮沫,中小火炖煮10分钟。
  • 7.捞出过冷水洗干净鸡块沥干水分备用。
  • 8.将鸡块放进炒锅,里面放卤料包,大葱段和生姜。
  • 9.再将冰糖放进去。
  • 10.加适量生抽。
  • 11.加适量蚝油。
  • 12.再加适量老抽。
  • 13.加莫过鸡块的清水大火煮开。
  • 14.大火煮开后转中小火炖煮半小时大火收汁,里面再加少许盐搅拌均匀即可出锅。
