熏肉芋头焖饭
用熏肉焖米饭,有熏肉的特殊香味,和芋头搭配,在焖的过程中,肉的油脂及香味被米饭和芋头充分吸收,做出来的饭很香的。而是很省事儿,也不用像平时吃米饭那样炒很多的菜,饭菜一锅出,搭配一个清淡的汤就行啦,典型的懒人食谱。

Steps to make 熏肉芋头焖饭

  • 1.熏肉取适量,最好是提前用开水煮上几分钟,这样即好切又可以去掉一部分油脂,稍微健康点。芋头选大个的荔浦芋头
  • 2.把熏肉、芋头,胡萝卜都切方丁。
  • 3.锅中放一点点油,放入姜末炒香后把肉丁下入,炒至熏肉变色,油脂再出来一些
  • 4.放入胡萝卜和芋头,
  • 5.加五香粉和盐
  • 6.加黄酒,加红烧酱油或者草菇老抽
  • 7.翻炒均匀,加少量的开水煮1分钟。
  • 8.米放入电饭煲中
  • 9.炒好的菜铺到米上面,如果水不足可以再加点,总体以水和菜持平,但不要没过,
