香煎带鱼

Steps to make 香煎带鱼

  • 1.带鱼去内脏去腹黑流水冲净切成段。带鱼应选三指宽的就行,太厚不易煎熟。
  • 2.准备料酒、白芝麻、五香粉等调料。葱两根切段,姜一块切片。
  • 3.将葱姜放入带鱼中,调入适量盐、2克五香粉、料酒多放些约三汤匙,再加少许鸡粉和少许糖拌匀腌制二十分钟。
  • 4.平底锅倒入稍多些的油,烧至微微冒烟时放入带鱼,不要马上翻动,用中火煎制。
  • 5.当一面煎至金黄翻面煎至两面金黄起硬壳。
  • 6.捞出带鱼沥干或用厨房纸吸去多余油份,洒上白芝麻即可。还可再洒些花椒粉或孜然粉一定也很好吃。
