手绘蛋糕卷~格桑花
小时候家中院里种过格桑花,我们这也叫扫帚梅,很喜欢这种小花,花期长颜色也漂亮。

Steps to make 手绘蛋糕卷~格桑花

  • 1.蛋清蛋黄分离,蛋黄中加糖10g搅拌匀,加玉米油,水再搅匀,放低筋粉搅匀。
  • 2.蛋清分三次加糖,打发至呈小弯钩状。
  • 3.蛋清取1/3放入蛋黄液中切拌。
  • 4.最后全部翻拌匀。
  • 5.取1大勺分别放4个小碗中,加色素拌匀。
  • 6.烘焙纸下面放已画好的图案,在烘焙纸上填充颜色。
  • 7.120℃烤2分钟拿出放入烤盘中。
  • 8.蛋糊倒在烘焙纸上,130℃烤35分钟。
  • 9.烤好拿出倒扣,揭去油纸。
  • 10.卷起。
