Steps to make 番茄泡饼

  • 1.冰箱里剩下的,昨天没吃完的2个葱油饼,切成块状。
  • 2.2个番茄切丁,锅里放少许食用油,下番茄丁,炒到番茄稍微融化的状态,加入烧开的开水,水的用量跟平常做番茄汤差不多,加入适量盐和蘑菇精调味,鸡精也一样的,煮个1分钟左右,让番茄出出味。
  • 3.直接把饼下到番茄汤里面,不用煮,直接关火。
  • 4.撒上一大把葱花,淋上芝麻油,就可以开吃啦。
  • 5.味道鲜美适口,也容易消化,很适合早餐~
