土豆红烧排骨

    Steps to make 土豆红烧排骨

    • 1.烧开水,放入排骨焯一下,全变色捞出,冷水冲洗干净。
    • 2.锅中倒油,冷油下冰糖,小火慢慢熬制。
    • 3.冰糖化了,变成棕色粘稠状。
    • 4.倒入排骨,酱油,翻炒上色。
    • 5.放入姜,大料一粒,花椒少许,继续翻炒。
    • 6.倒入热水(要热水,不是冷水)。
    • 7.放入葱段,蒜粒(拍一下)。
    • 8.小火慢慢炖,用筷子能戳透排骨的时候,放入土豆,胡萝卜块。土豆胡萝卜炖软后,调入盐,大火收汁。
    • 9.看,出锅喽,色泽是不是很诱人哦,味道也好得很呢。
