上次吃小龙虾还是去年的事了,因为新闻看多了总觉得不干净啊!小龙虾这里最近都买不到了,凑巧早上出门早看见有卖,实在受不了那龙虾的诱惑,买了一盆回来。自己做干净卫生,吃着放心呢!我比较喜欢吃麻辣版的小龙虾,可是LG不怎么吃辣,就改成红烧的方式了,在调料里加上豆瓣酱,也是微微有点辣呢,吃着辣度也刚好!别看我买的龙虾小,可里面都是实打实的肉啊!停不下嘴啊,香呢....

    Steps to make 红烧小龙虾 (让你停不下的美味)

    • 1.小龙虾买来后用水冲洗干净。
    • 2.按住龙虾的脑壳两边(这样就夹不到咱的肉肉了),扯掉在尾部的虾肠。
    • 3.用刷子清洗干净(我用旧牙刷刷的,牙刷的柄比较长,龙虾也夹不到我)。
    • 4.八角,花椒,姜,蒜切片。
    • 5..锅里倒油,把姜蒜,花椒,八角入锅煸香。
    • 6.煸香后加入豆瓣酱炒出红油。
    • 7.把清理干净的小龙虾放入翻炒变红。
    • 8.倒入半碗的料酒去腥,再加入白糖和鸡精炒匀。
    • 9.等汤汁烧开后转小火继续翻炒。
    • 10.加入1勺的蚝油炒匀。
    • 11.最后撒上点芝麻即可出锅。(没有白芝麻可换成葱花)
