香煎牛肉串
前几天领导去超市买了盒牛排,感觉如果是用煎牛排的办法来煎肉会比较硬,临时改变方法来处理,把肉切成条做牛肉串,好久也没做牛肉串了,正馋着呢。

  • 牛肉约450克
  • 1/3茶匙
  • 苏打粉1/4茶匙
  • 胡椒粉1/4茶匙
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 白兰地1汤匙
  • 菜油1汤匙
  • 牛排腌料1/2汤匙

Steps to make 香煎牛肉串

  • 1.把牛肉切成条状入碗;
  • 2.加盐1/4茶匙,苏打粉1/4茶匙,胡椒粉1/4茶匙,白兰地1汤匙,抓腌,再分别加清水1汤匙,抓腌至水被吸收,然后加菜油1汤匙,抓均匀,放入密实盒搁冰箱一晚;
  • 3.把牛肉条穿成弓字形,不要穿得太紧;
  • 4.锅置炉上,中小火,加牛排腌料1/2汤匙,放牛肉串入锅;
  • 5.慢慢把牛肉串煎至转色;
  • 6.把牛肉串四边熟至刚熟即可,不要煎得太老哦。
