蛋黄椰蓉酥
这款小饼干,只是在饼干痞子外面裹了薄薄的一层椰蓉,烤好之后满室生香,入口即化的口感也让人很是喜爱呢~

材料
黄油75g,细砂糖45g,蛋黄1个,低筋面粉100g,椰蓉适量

Steps to make 蛋黄椰蓉酥

  • 1.黄油室温下软化后加糖
  • 2.用打蛋头手动搅匀,以免开动之后飞溅出来
  • 3.开启电动打蛋器,将黄油打发至颜色变浅、体积膨大的状态
  • 4.加入蛋黄
  • 5.继续搅打均匀
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉
  • 7.翻拌均匀
  • 8.取一小块面团用手搓成小球
  • 9.放入椰蓉中滚动,使小球表面沾满椰蓉
  • 10.将做好的饼干球摆放入烤盘
  • 11.送入预热好的烤箱,170度约25分钟
  • 12.出炉晾凉后密封保存即可
